We Are In Moldova Till the Conflict is O're

We left Ukraine on January 25, 2022 and arrived later that night in Moldova. We will continue to work from our apartment. There are many projects in Moldova to keep us busy. We are just setting up house.

We have wonderful contacts in Moldova that made the transition easy and painless.

Moldova is bordered by Romania to the west and Ukraine to the north, east, and south. We are in the capital city called Chișinău (said, Kiss Eh Now) but we call it "Kiss She Now" Busses are going to be our main transportation. The City is in the RED ZONE (because of COVID) as of Monday January 24, 2022.

Humanitarian--- A Special Christmas for Orhei, Rezina and Telenesti, Moldova

LDS Charities worked with Father Sergiu Aga, an ordained priest in Orhei, Moldova with the Orthodox Church.
Father Aga said in a thank you letter, "The end of year 2021 has been a very fruitful one for doing good deeds in the name of the Lord, with your efforts and support, for which we are enormously thankful. We have finished the distribution of the goods provided within our joint project as planned and I would like to inform you that our joint results far exceeded our expectations because we managed to enjoy over 300 children and socially disadvantaged families from Orhei, Rezina and Telenesti districts."

"In such away, we offered 250 pairs of shoes for children and young people, 120 winter clothes for children and 100 food packages for poor families in these regions. I would like to mention that the products were of high quality and the exceeding number of beneficiaries is considered as a divine providence that turned our eyes to the possibilities of a wholesale shoe store (not very known by people) and a local small clothing factory, whose owner considered that offering winter clothes at a production price was also one of his philanthropic missions, which he also planned to accomplish before the winter holidays."

"The food was also purchased from a wholesale warehouse, the fact that permitted us to get in addition of food packages for families - boxes of sweets as holiday gifts for over 300 children."

Father Aga and his volunteers distributed the goods to the families during the Christmas Season.
